I design accessible digital systems and the user experiences that bring them to life.
With more than 20 years of experience across higher education and mission-driven organizations, I help teams align UX design, accessibility, and system architecture into cohesive digital platforms.
Much of my work focuses on structure including design systems, shared standards, and scalable foundations, but it is always grounded in user experience. Systems only succeed when they support real users and real workflows.
Recent work includes leading the evolution of a university-wide design system supporting 1,000+ sites, strengthening semantic architecture, and improving accessibility and consistency across distributed teams.
I focus on bringing clarity and structure to complex digital environments.

I’ve presented on design systems and digital accessibility across higher education and professional forums, taught graphic and web design as an adjunct instructor at Clark University, and currently lead the UX Community of Practice at Harvard University.
